BOC Work Assessment Policy

Referring to the Company’s Board of Commissioners Performance Assessment Policy, in 2024, the Board of Commissioners conducted an annual self-assessment to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of each member in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities. This process was carried out based on criteria recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, in accordance with the Charter of the Board of Commissioners.
