Jeffrey Budiman, M.A.

Pursuant to the Board of Directors' Resolution of PT WIR ASIA Tbk No. 105/SKD/WIRG/VI/2026 dated June 30, 2026, the Company appointed Jeffrey Budiman, M.A. as its Corporate Secretary, effective July 1, 2026.

In carrying out his duties as Corporate Secretary, Jeffrey Budiman continues to serve as a Director of the Company.

The Corporate Secretary is responsible for ensuring the Company's compliance with capital market regulations, facilitating communication between the Company and the Financial Services Authority, the Indonesia Stock Exchange, shareholders, and other stakeholders, as well as supporting the implementation of good corporate governance.
