IRA YUANITA

Ira Yuanita is an Indonesian citizen, born in 1980. She serves as the Company's Corporate Secretary based on the Decree of Appointment of the Corporate Secretary dated December 29, 2021 Number 036/WIR/SKP/XII/2021.

Her experiences include being a Reporter in GAMMA weekly magazine GAMMA (2001), Researcher at Lembaga Penelitian & Pengembangan Komunikasi Massa (LPPKM) (2003-2005), Expert Assistant at Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia Pusat (KPI) (2005-2007), Corporate Communication Senior Officer at PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (2007-2011), Corporate Communication Section Head at PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (2011-2015), Head of Government Relations & Regulatory Affairs Department at Integrated Corporate Secretary Division of FTA TV Stations MNC Media - RCTI, MNCTV, GTV, iNews (2017-2021), and Corporate Secretary General Manager at PT LRT Jakarta (2021-2022).

She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the Faculty of Communication of Universitas Padjajaran, Bandung (1998-2003).

She has no affiliations with any members of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, nor controlling or principal Shareholders.
