PT WIR ASIA Tbk (WIR Group), through Nusameta, conducted the Nusameta Incubator Programme for teachers at Perkumpulan Strada as an intensive training programme aimed at developing technology-based learning methods through the utilization of Nusa Studio. Held across three sessions on January 12, 19, and 26, 2026, the programme equipped teachers with the knowledge and practical experience to create learning experiences that are more interactive, creative, and relevant to the needs of the digital generation.

During the first session, teachers were introduced to the fundamentals of Nusa Studio, as well as the concepts of developing game-based learning and virtual worlds for educational purposes. Through hands-on training and practical exercises, participants began to explore how technology can be utilized to develop more engaging learning approaches while supporting the digital transformation of education at Perkumpulan Strada.

In the second session, teachers began applying the knowledge they had acquired by designing game-based learning experiences and educational virtual worlds tailored to their respective subjects. The process encouraged the development of creative ideas on how learning materials could be transformed into more interactive and engaging learning experiences. With appropriate guidance, teachers moved beyond merely consuming technology to actively developing digital content relevant to their learning needs.

During the final session, teachers presented the projects they had developed throughout the programme. A variety of game-based learning projects and educational virtual worlds were created and tailored to different subjects, ranging from history and mathematics to science. The presentations marked an important stage in the learning process, as concepts from the development stage were transformed into digital works ready for classroom instruction.

Through the Nusameta Incubator Programme, WIR Group contributes to strengthening educators’ capacity to utilize digital technology as part of learning innovation. The programme demonstrates that digital transformation in education extends beyond the adoption of technology, encompassing educators’ ability to develop creative, relevant, and engaging learning experiences aligned with the characteristics of the digital generation.
