Alfamart, in collaboration with PT WIR Asia Tbk (WIRG), is developing a virtual store in the metaverse world to increase customer reach and shopping experience. This technology allows Alfamind Store Owners to experience the sensation of shopping using an Oculus VR headset. Imam Santoso from Alfamind stated that the metaverse will create unique interactions similar to urban life. Previously, the collaboration between Alfamart and WIR began in April 2022. Alfamind Store Owner, Ida Yuliati, expressed her admiration for the three-dimensional virtual shopping concept.
