DIRECTOR

Senja Lazuardy is an Indonesian citizen and born in 1983. He serves as the Company's Director based on the Statement of Shareholders' Decision on Amendment to the Company's Articles of Association in accordance with the Deed of Statement of Shareholders' Decision No. 241 of December 27, 2021.

He is the Co-Founder of AR&Co (2009-present) and also holds concurrent positions in the Company's business units as President Director at PT Vatar Media Teknologi (2022-present), Director at PT Are Teknologi Kreasi (AR&Co) (2019-present), Director at PT Vatar Media Raya (DAV) (2019-present), Director at PT Tiga Akar Mimpi (2019-present), Main Director at PT Awadah Media Raya (2019-present), Main Director at PT Awadah Akar Mimpi (2019-present), President Director at PT Horeca Akar Mimpi (2019-present), and Director at PT Boga Akar Mimpi (2019-present).

His experiences include being a Senior Open Sources Systems & Infrastructures Engineer at PT Altelindo Karyamandiri (2007-2009).

He earned a Bachelor of Information Technology at Universitas Al Azhar, Indonesia (2006).

He has no affiliations with any members of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, nor controlling or principal Shareholders.
