COMMISSIONER

Drs. Andreyanto Toemali is an Indonesian citizen and born in 1968. He serves as the Company's Commissioner based on the Statement of Shareholders' Decision on Amendment to the Company's Articles of Association in accordance with the Deed of Statement of Shareholders' Decision No. 241 of December 27, 2021.

He holds concurrent positions in the Company's business unit as Commissioner at PT Mata Nilai Republik (2022-present).

Concurrently, he also serves as President Commissioner of PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk (2019-present).

His experiences include being a President Commissioner at PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk (2019-2022), President Director at PT Kedoya Adyaraya Tbk (2011-2021), and GM Finance at Asia Pulp & Paper (1997-2006).

He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia (1996).

He has no affiliations with any members of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, nor controlling or principal Shareholders.
