Prof. Sumitro is remembered as both an economic visionary and a patriot who contributed across administrations with progressive and independent ideas.
The declaration of “Black Garuda” was also introduced as an ethical tactical unit formed to safeguard Indonesia’s strategic and moral values through training in history, economics, martial arts, and technology, including artificial intelligence (AI).
